| Can we make changes to our tournament listing after it has already been listed? |
| Yes. All you need to do is send us an email at info@packyourboots.com. Tell us the name of your tournament and what you need changed. |

| What is a Featured Tournament listing? |
| A Featured Tournament listing has greater visibility since it is located on the homepage and receives more exposure through our e-newsletter. Featured Tournament listings are available at quarterly and bi-yearly rates. |

| Sports Team Travel |
| When should we make hotel reservations; before or after we are accepted to a tournament? |
| We encourage your team to make reservations as early as possible. Hotel rates are often much cheaper when booked well in advance and finding availability at the hotel you prefer is much more likely. If your team's application is not accepted, please contact us immediately and we will cancel your reservation. |

| Is there a minimum number of rooms that can be requested? |
| Yes. The minimum number of room nights is 10. Sports Team Travel needs to book multiple room nights in order to negotiate the best available rates for the team or club. Keep in mind that if more than one team from your club is traveling to the same tournament, it is very possible to get cheaper room rates by combining your request. |

| What is the cost for this service? |
| None. It is free for your team to use this service. The team will pay the hotel for the room reservations. |

| What are the cancellation policies? |
| Cancellation policies vary from hotel to hotel. We will list the cancellation deadline on the team hotel agreement. It is the team's responsibility to adhere to the hotel's cancellation policy. |

| What if I am unsure of how many rooms my team needs? |
| No problem. Just provide the minimum number of rooms that you know you will need and we will start from there. You can always reserve additional rooms, provided the hotel has them available. |

| Can we make changes to our reservation after the initial booking? |
| Yes. Just contact the representative you have been working with to make the necessary changes. |

| Housing Program |
| Can we use your service without making it mandatory for our participating tournament teams? |
| Yes. You would list our service on your website and promote it to your participating teams. However, the more teams that utilize our service the more revenue the tournament will receive. |

| What is your cancellation policy for teams using your service? |
| We follow the hotels' cancellation policies. In most cases, teams have four weeks to cancel their entire reservation and 48 hours for individual room cancellations. |

| Consulting |
| Does your staff physically come help run the tournament? |
| No. We will provide all the necessary information you need to start and run a youth soccer tournament. |

| Do you assist with scheduling? |
| Yes. We will provide you with scheduling templates and answer questions you have concerning scheduling. |
|
| What are your consulting fees for new or exisiting events? |
| Our fees are minimal. Since all tournaments are different, please submit a proposal request for a quote. |
